About Sound Mosaic

Silhouettes of six diverse people standing against a vibrant, abstract, colorful background with a reflective surface below.

Inspired by the vibrant queer community we found in Minnesota's choral scene, my wife and I were excited to bring that same sense of belonging to our new home in Olympia.

As we explored the Olympia’s musical offerings, we realized there was an opportunity to create something special—a truly inclusive and authentic space for queer voices. So, in the spirit of "if you can't find it, build it," we, along with other community members who shared our vision, decided to start our own choir.

This new group is more than just a place to sing; it's a sanctuary where every voice is celebrated and every person can feel seen and heard.
